“The Australian Foundation for Disability – People Achieving Extraordinary Things”
Post School Programmes, including the Community Participation, Life Choice and Active Ageing programmes are centre-based skills development programmes with community access proided by the Australian Foundation for Disability (AFFORD).
The purpose of the programme is to assist individuals with their day to day communications, access community activities and enhance the enjoyment of life.
The AFFORD Day Programme aims to assist young people with a disability to increase the skills they need to work towards their goals, increase their independence and participate as valued and active members in the community.
