The Australian Foundation for Disability (AFFORD) provides employment, accommodation and training for over 1,100 people with disability.

In collaboration with business, governments, the private sector and public donors AFFORD operates on world’s best practice in providing opportunities, support and monitored procedures to encourage disability clients to achieve consistent and significant results.

A Board of seven volunteer directors oversees and guides the long term direction and goals of the Australian Foundation for Disability.

The Directors collectively bring together substantial skills and direct experience in the business operations of a not-for-profit, non-denominational charity directed to the care, welfare and development of people with disability.
