Supported Employment provides jobs to over 500 people with a disability through supported business centres. The Australian Foundation for Disability encourages people with a disability to be employed to their capacity and personal interests and to motivate their ongoing community involvement through employment. 

Employees with a disability are offered vocational training prior to placement and on-the-job support and training.

The Australian Foundation for Disability provides jobs in pallet manufacturing, packaging and light manufacturing in modern well managed facilities with the highest levels of OH&S (Disability Safe) at Ingleburn, Marrickville, Minchinbury, Minto, and Prestons.
