AFFORD Link is a hands-on information and liaison division of the Australian Foundation for Disability. 

Link staff directs school leavers and other young people with a disability in the community towards opportunities where they can best continue to develop when school is over.

This is achieved through practical work experience, information and direct support to help all individuals achieve the best they can for their lives.

Information is provided to students, parents, carers and teachers about accessing skills development for people with disability through AFFORD Day Programmes or jobs with AFFORD Employment through AFFORD Packaging or Open Employment placement.

AFFORD Link operates on the belief that, to achieve best outcomes, planning education and future opportunities is vital to organise the correct support and ensure development of necessary skills.
